Check Stocking (see list below)
Kitchen and Fridge: No crumbs or stickiness

All drains are draining
No trash outside or inside
Remote controls for each TV in visible spots
Confirm all doors are locking and mail is picked up
Check for dead bugs anywhere
Check under beds clean and free of bugs
All sheets and towels are white without any stains
Pool Alarm is working
Kids life jackets in closets
Confirm noise detectors are plugged in and operating
Outdoor cushions are clean and covered
Fire pit and grill are lighting (grill tools visible)
Games: paddles, nets, air pump, pool cues all available
No empty propane tanks
Entrance, outdoor paths, yard is clean without any junk or leaves
Yard objects picked up and arranged
No dead pool floats, floats are inflated
Landscaping Needed? Any Coconuts ro Remove?
Confirm Kayaks are not damaged and are Locked (if waterfront)
Test Carbon and Smoke Detector after each check out
HCAV filter if first day Jan, Apr, July, Oct
If first of Feb, May, Aug, Nov: Furniture stock count
Inventory Walkthrough
